Meet the Winners of the 2025 K12 Reel Me Competition

This year’s K12 Reel Me Competition invited students in grades K–12 to step behind (and in front of!) the camera to share their unique K12-powered school experiences in 60-second videos. From personal stories to busting myths and dreaming big, their entries inspired us all.

Participants chose from four exciting categories: My K12 Why, Myth Busters, Flex Your Schedule, and Future Focus—and the results blew us away.

We’re thrilled to announce the standout creators across each grade band—and they didn’t just earn bragging rights! Winners received $250 for 1st Place, $100 for 2nd Place, and $50 for the People’s Choice Award.
